WMS Support

After the project ends and the site is live, PHG are still around if you need us. We have a highly skilled team of support engineers that work around the clock, seven days a week should you need to log a problem with your WMS

We can act as first and second line support, working with users to get achieve a fix. If the problem is outside of our control, we can raise a ticket with the vendor and manage it through to resolution

If your live site is also introducing changes, our support management can sit on your CAB meetings, ensuring all changes are tested correctly. We can even deploy the change to production on your behalf, ensuring the correct controls and rigour are in place. A true managed service
